About Me:
I have allways been into diet & exercise.I was even on
Fen Phen for 13 months and had minor health and dental.problems as a result from using those diet pills.

*Addicts will exercise even though they are sick or injured, in the end causing more physical problems for themselves. They may miss other social obligations to exercise. That is me I need to break this addiction.I guess I wiil since I fucked up my knee at The Weingart YMCA in a at the time new class instructors Cardio Kickboxing Class. The managers got reed of a good instructor and placed his ass in his place. Did not care if he was doing safe exercises.Having the class imitating him doing.The Bob,duck and weave. That he did not correctly demonstrate. My doctor said that move is not safe if not done correctly nor like the way we was doing it like a fucken Aerobics Dance. A matter of fact in my opinion they also got reed of a married couple that were awesome fitness instructors I wish that I would of never went into that punk ass inexperienced fitness instructors class.

Right Knee Diagnostic Arthroscopy.
A Partial Medial Meniscectomy.
Microfracture Medial Femoral Condyle.
Abrasion Chondroplasty of Medial and Lateral Compartments.
Microfracture surgery was developed in the early 1990s by Dr. Richard Steadman.
Microfracture is a much more severe surgery than the Arthroscopic knee surgery.
Microfracture knee surgery is a surgery used to repair damaged knee cartilage, which aids in cushioning bones at their joints. It is frequently performed on Athletes, and requires a lengthy, detailed recovery period to achieve optimal rehabilitation.

Today is December 10, 2010 and my knee is still not working like it is suppose to : (
Update: 1 Year May 10, 2011
My Knee does not swell as big as it use to.. I am in pain 80% of the time I can walk once my knee warmes up. Stairs & Curbs are very painfull & challenging . I am not able to lift as much weight as I use to. Still working on speed and range of motion. I am asking God to heal me. "God is so Good to me"
