Hi There, We are Darlene & Doug!

And we are 2healthnuts! It didn't start out that way. We were just like many of you. We lived our lives thinking that what we were eating didn't matter all that much. Or that we could believe that the foods we were eating was safe.

The thing is, you can get by for awhile eating the sad American Diet for some time, then overtime you will notice that you aren't feeling so good or have a major life altering outcome that shakes your world.

That is what happened to us!

Then we had to get busy and get serious about changing our health. That led us to watching at least a thousand hours of health programs on the faith networks. Buying lots of health books, subscribing to several health newsletters, researching and writing our own health articles in order to get the word out.

It's now been about 8 years later...and we're still trying to spread the world so that others can benefit from what we've gone through and what we've learned along the way.
