I use Fluxed wick(not unfluxed) and liquid production flux on the wick as I am going. Keep in mind "Shovel Tips" can damage the masking around the pads for the other comment. This component is on an extremly larger ground plane than any other component installed on a pcb. Yes in Rework you wil...
