@djsugashane I agree. Now they have replaced the Mini DisplayPort with "Thunderbolt" on the new 2011 MBP's. Must have brother-in-law's with cable and converter stores....(The Brother-in-law Theory).

@giddyup523 So sorry for delayed response. I tried Mini DisplayPort/DVI to DVI/RCA (RGB). Then I purchased an Apple TV with dif cords (Can't get that to work either). Will try your suggestion with MiniDP/HDMI to HDMI/Component. Thank you.
