The last thing any average person thinks of when they see the names, Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni Frid Lyngstad, is glitzy "rock and roll stardom." In fact, many of today's Pop music lovers do not know that those four names comprised the successful Swedish quartet known as "ABBA." But by the time Agnetha, Björn, Benny, and Anni-Frid completed their ten year Pop recording careers together, ABBA had become the world's biggest selling Pop act of the 1970s, and the second best-selling band in history, selling over 370 million records worldwide, with current annual sales of between two to four million units per year, despite the fact they stopped recording music together nearly some 27 years ago.

For a many of them did go astray in that day. Some listened to Jimmy Hendrix, or AC DC, while others preferred 'Ozzy' and Black Sabbath. But I can testify with great certainty, that there has never been a greater female vocalist alive, than Agnetha Fältskog, and no greater harmonizing duo around, than Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad together. And just as sure as the stars shine from east to west, there has never been a more talented music group in the world, than Sweden's "ABBA."
