This is my prime thought whenever I speak to someone on here: my patience WILL be tested.

How do you test that you have SAD rather than an alternative explaination e.g. a suppressed memory about something bad at a certain time...

IMO the real damage religion does is when it blames without evidence.

But that is what you get when you start from a conclusion and work backwards.

The caller was trying to say time goes infinitely into the past while also having a start that could never reach us because of the infinite gap. A gap is between 2 points. Infinitely in to the past is open ended. Does not compute.

There are no truely identical objects. Only objects which share certain properties.

If an object is identical in every way to another object, logically you are talking about 1 object not 2 different objects.
