As far as I can see....the video of the vehicle cutting the corner to sharp or "tryiing to hit the lawyer" wouldn't be enough to charge the driver. The officers should have been a little better prepared by knowing where the private and the public property starts and ends.

@chieftp I'm not sure how its done in the US but in Canada if you are being detained, or arrested, you are searched for officer safety before being put in the cruiser.
