Haha thats funny man Hate it when that use to happen. I use to suck the syphon to get the water flowing. But I realized there is other ways of syphoning water out, and you don't have to suck lol. Just throw the syphon inside the aquarium, put your finger on the tip of the syphon (small end) pull the syphon out of the aquarium, and release your finger from the tip. Then the water starts flowing. If you didn't understand my instructions maybe I can make a video. So you can see how I do it.

You flooded your kitchen nice lol. Well one my last water change on that 75 be4 i got rid of it. I syphoned all the water out the water was green and nasty, had fish poop all over it. I have a habit of dumping fish water on the toilet when i do a water change. Its closer than walking outside. Of course I always clean the entire restroom and toilet with chemicals when im done. But I was in a hurry dumping water into the toilet. I was barefoot, and I ran in the restroom, bucket filled with nasty fish water. The floor was wet, so I ran in slipped and dumped the whole bucked on my self. Yes i even got a taste full of water in my mouth lol. Funny now that I think about it lol.

get a female dovii, you would be fine with that. You can add a midas and some others while your at it.
