You won't find a recording of Caruso singing Nessun Dorma, although the role was written specifically for him by Puccini. Caruso died before it was finished.

If you look up Jussi singing the "Song of India" from Sadko, you can find a recording on youtube, dated 1936. If that date is correct, then that would make him 25 at the time. It's worth checking out. It's really a quite perfect recording.
