At 37 Years of age, January 2004, I weighed 236lbs. standing 5'8''. That's heavy duty. As I sought out wise counseling I reached a verdict I could live with for life. I chose life. This You Tube Web Site will feature V Cast shorts of a charismatic nature and is a dedication to all the people with addictions who need the extra push, inspiration, or just encouragement. I am a Father of 2 and have a wife that put's up with my independent nature. I love music, making Movies, watching DVD's with commentary, and I consider myself an Inspirational person who is serious in helping out people with addictions, hence the You Tube site. I weighed 236lbs and lost over 70lbs. I believe it's when the weight loss journey begins after the weight is gone. I will cover Both weight Loss, control, and sustaining healthy weight and use weight as a vice to deal with all other addictions.
