your vids come out much better than mine. can you tell me your recording settings and and what you use when creating files from tape? I have been using 24f and 30f with on 1080i HDV using downloaded presets. creating files using pinnacle ultimate 12 to Mpeg-2 1440 X 1080 res. I use a shitty toshibo laptop and I have the Canon XH-A1s but my videos don't look as crips as yours. I am just learning can you hint at your settings and what you think I may be doing wrong. I understand this last vid had the letus adapter.
