@crochetmom5 I wasn't being critical. Like I said this is an impressive sound as is all their performances, CD's, and weekly anthems for services. However, Baroque music with 350 people just won't' ever be truly Baroque. That's not a diminishment of their obvious tremendous work in preparing this...

call me crazy but I don't care for these singers singing this wonderful music. I mean they're all amazing singers but in their own fields. Jose Carreras has the thickest accent and he's singing Tony? Kiri Kanawa slides to every note, it's annoying. Bernstein however, is pure genius!

@reecty01 the Luther Nordic Choir are younger professional singers. This is Paul Salamunovich's seasoned church choir, but they are still holding their own though.

who's the conductor? you guys sound good! you know if you guys moved a little "not choreographed" it would help a lot with tempo you'll never speed up. This song can't sustain speeding, haha.

a good start, you have the rhythm down. But it's not pop or even gospel it's a spiritual. Try a darker/ mysterious sound. Spirituals are all about a "longing" to get to God, the music needs to bear some weight. The soloist is good, just make sure you guys don't snap, no snapping in spirituals...

this is horrible! Handel must be spinning in his grave. It's even on the break of insulting.
