I bought a NcStar scope that goes on in place of the receiver cover. I was very surprised how well it held zero after disassembly/cleaning/reassembly. At 100yds it still made 1.5inch groups. They were about an inch high of POA. Not too bad when aiming for center of mass....an inch high still...

Does it have the same loading problems using live ammo? The spent cartridges may not load well due to the expansion of the casing when it was fired....but that is just a thought. The 91/30 is a great rifle, not to mention excellent value due to the quantity manufactured

i believe the .357 sig and .40s&w are convertable to accommodate 9mm but not vice-versa. not 100% though. I own a 226 in 9mm and have been asking the same question. Consensus seems to be that the 9mm is better left unaltered. Besides with good shot placement, 9mm can no doubt get the job done.
