In spring 2009 I stepped on the scale for the first time in a long time, and found that I had reached a grand total of 213 pounds. Disgusted, I began losing weight and managed to get down to around 175 lbs -- not near enough, but it was progress.
During my first 2 years in college, however, I managed to regain ALL of that. Its finally time to lose it ALL and keep it off. I think if I had gotten maybe 10 pounds lower than 176, I would have finally been able to see a difference in my appearance, which would have encouraged me to keep going. This time I WILL get to lower than 176, and I WILL see a difference then, and i'll keep going till 130! Wanna watch?
