if you watch this new video "The Journey" by Freda Whalen, she tells you soo much about how to deal with lymphedema be it from breast cancer (in her case) but also in the lower limbs. She explains so much to help you out. Take a look. It's here in the listings, came in 2 days ago.

I am a 11 year surviver. Had bi-lateral mastecomy in 2000. I have severe problems with lymphedema. If you get a chance take a look at my video- just type lymphedema and my name-Freda Whalen-Plues if you get time. I love your video, good job. Do you have problems with lymphedema?
