Thanks! Yeah I played it my own way on the ride because I wanted the shuffle notes to be a little more defined instead of being washy on the hihat. I also did 4 on the floor bass drum. Not sure if that's what Ringo did but I like how it sounds that way.

Actually he uses whats called a malletKAT. It's a two octave marimba controlled by midi. Neil got rid of the glockenspiel after Power Windows and added the malletKAT for Hold Your Fire. It's featured on the song Mission. Also check out Pieces of Eight.
