smarm22 - I'm not an expert, but there are such things as cream colored Shibas. They aren't allowed in the show ring, but they do exist. There's a picture of one in the Wikipedia article on Shibas. Just sayin'.

kanuck2112 - Shibas are notorious for being very difficult when you try to cut their claws. My dog in only part Shiba, and she acts like I'm killing her when I do it. But, since I'm alpha in my household, they do get cut.
