I saw Willie Nelson perform this song on Live with Jools Holland. The Cure was also on that episode. I have always been a Cure fan, but it was unfair for them to have to compete with this. After Willie finished this tune, The Cure just seemed stupid.

Johnny was the epitome of cool. Seeing the old shots of him are awesome. And what a beautiful woman June was. At 3:12, if seeing Johnny cry doesn't make you well up inside, you just aren't human. The man is a legend. He honored Trent Reznor by choosing his song as his farewell.

This is the way music is meant to be recorded and they way they have always done it. No individual tracks. Played together as a group. True musicians at their finest! This is tight!

I have seen these guys three times. 2001 @ House of Blues in Myrtle Beach was like a religious experience. Unbelievable passion. This is my favorite track off Hard Candy. This performance is awesome. Dan's banjo picking is spot on and David tears it up on guitar.

Props for posting this. Loved this tune first time I heard it at 17 years old and still do.

I remember everytime this video came on MTV it was impossible to turn it off or even walk away from the Tv. Mezmorizing then and it still is today.

So good. The 80's were awesome. MTV actually played music videos all day long. Times were simpler and music was so much better.

@dissectional75 pretty sure that's Steve Ferrone on drums. Formerly of The Average White Band and now playing with Tom Petty. I'd like to know who is on bass. This is one of my favorite bass lines ever. Awesome song all around.
