The name of the song is "Hino-Tori(1986)". Hino-Tori means "Fire Bird" in Japanese.
This is the theme song for the Anime "Hino-Tori(火の鳥 鳳凰編)" which based on the manga by Tezuka Osamu. (Just in case.you can find the anime on Youtube.)
