I just had surgery four days ago. I'm happy that I don't have to sleep with a brace. My Dr told me it wasn't necessary to even wear one at all bc I only had one level done. The past few days have been challenging..thank God for pain meds.

I forgot to mention I'm a running and can't wait to get back out there...God willing..I should be fine just in time for summer.

Oops. I understand the low profile disc reduce dysphasia. Which is what I'm getting however theres still risk. How are u doing now?

It looks like its breaking off. I had the same problem. Those are the areas easiest to experience breakage from blowing, hot iron or combing when hair is wet. I tried staying away from heat and it help a lot. Hope it get better.

I got my Canon m41 at a great discount from Apple at $399. Now I want to return it bc its to big and the photos aren't that great. Im now considering sx260hs or Elph 310 which appear base on ratings do both(video and photos) very well.
