Smaller diameter wheel circumference when a bike tips into a corner, hence for the same speed when you lean over the speedo will appear to over read and revs rise. Does still seem little out tho, but perfectly possible on that bike

2004 zx10r is 104mph in first gear indicated, its around standard now. close ratio gearboxes are part of the reason for high first , because they are built for the track!
0:41 looks like the Scottish highlands to me, the scenery is identical to scotland, pretty sure it there..
