Mesmerizing! I can feel myself drift into an altered dream state while absorbing the sounds of music and nature.
It's amazing how much lighter you feel, mentally and physically. My muscles feel more relaxed. You would think that a fast tempo and movement of the hands wouldn't allow you to relax, but it totally does...especially with the slow rhythmical breathing. I loved it! Thank You Jim!
