As part of the celebration of the World Habitat Day 2010, the UN-HABITAT Best Practice Office for city-to-city co-operation in Barcelona is calling for a short-movie contest with the purpose to show the importance of creating sustainable urban development and how public spaces can improve the quality of life for their inhabitants.
