That's a idiotic statement. Most people can't get into Duke(many people at Emory, Vanderbilt, or some "lower" Ivies didn't or couldn't get into Duke. Whose to say that they wanted to be at Duke? And then the Duke student may not have gotten into Harvard, Princeton, Yale, or Stan...
