its a blow off man... lol they stock turbos have boost plates and it only does that flutter when u boost only up to about -10. its not bad. its normal. bad if you have external blow off and it does that under boost

@blazerzr201 sounds like a little rubber to me, @the owner, if that a sohc go get a true 95 cam. and a 96dohc ecu, take that sohc muffler off. then try it

@mazilusanel a real 1000 watt amp like alpine or rockford is. my rockford 325@4 melts mine which is the dual 2ohm 750 rms. a sony amp however such as a 1200watt wouldnt be near enough to make it sound like it should
