I would think playing this piece could be tough for the performer, as he must be locked intot the rigid tempo of the tape, i.e., no room for rubato or personal expression. It reminds me of the old music minus one recordings. Anyway, a fine performance.

Sadly, I do not think this combination works very well. This was probably written at a time when classical composers were discovering electronic music, but could not let go of the traditional acoustic approach. The electronic score works better by itself.
