~ KALAMASUTTA ~
About Me:
1. Do Not Accept Anything ON MERE HEARSAY (ie, thingking that thus have we heard it for a long time).
2. Do Not Accept Anything BY MERE TRADITION (ie, thingking that it has been handed down thus through many generations).
3. Do Not Accept Anything ON ACCOUNT of RUMOURS (ie, by believing what others say without any investigation).
4. Do Not Accept Anything JUST BECAUSE IT ACCORDS WITH YOUR SCRIPTURES.
5. Do Not Accept Anything BY MERE SUPPOSITION.
6. Do Not Accept Anything BY MERE INFERENCE.
7. Do Not Accept Anything BY MERELY CONSIDERING THE APPEARANCES.
8. Do Not Accept Anything MERELY BECAUSE IT AGREES WITH YOUR PRECONCEIVED NOTIONS.
9. Do Not Accept Anything MERELY BECAUSE IT SEEMS ACCEPTABLE (ie, should be accepted). and
10. Do Not Accept Anything THINKING THAT THE ASCETIC IS RESPECTED BY US (and that therefore it is right to accept his word).
When you your self know:
THESE THINGS ARE GOOD;
THESE THINGS ARE NOT BLAMABLE;
THESE THINGS ARE PRAISED BY THE WISE; UNDERTAKEN AND OBSERVED, THESE THINGS LEAD TO BENEFIT AND HAPPINESS, ENTER ON AND ABIDE IN THEM.
I have a moral love for myself. Have an open mind, easy going, flexible, forgiving, friendly but introvert, harmony, adorable in babies and children.
Keep improving my spiritual growth. Living in the present moment and be aware of body and mind the best I can. Using my negative experience to benefit others, myself and imparting whatever helpful advice I can, with regards to freeing one's self, as much as possible in life.
May everything be auspicous in your life and may Buddha in you and your inner wisdom awaken more and more and Shine to Others!
Sadhu or Namaste
ALLOW ME TO SHARE, PLEASE! : YOU CAN TRY THIS
"To meditate", we don' t have to sit in the room by ourselves all the time. We can take advantage of these following activities in our daily life, along observing our mind (emotions, feeling changing) and be aware of the body movement at the same time. Any one has any question about "body movement Meditation" or would like to try this method, I can be your "meditation or Dhamma ' s friend.
Walking, standing, sitting, dancing, running, swimming, playing golf, gardening, doing dishes, cooking, taking a shower, Tai chi qigong, yoga, aerobic, listen to music, watch TV, or lull children to sleep, etc. These activities can be aware with our body movement and our consciousness movement.
Each time when we move our hand or feet, we can be aware of each movement.
