I have crohn's and AS and I control this with DIET. I was on Humira and the whole list of pills. I also have had surgeries. You must at least try the low starch diet. I am low starch and gluten free and dairy free. I am not on any drugs now. Don't wait for some study to "okay" this diet. T...
