@BBCSHEEPNEWS I'm sorry that you didn't listen to Mr Carlin's video carefully. Efforts to fight global warming is not about "the planet" as a spinning ball of rock, water, and elements. It is about protecting those of use who live on it, which is the point he makes. Of course he is also a comedian seeking to entertain foremost.

Failing to act on climate change/global warming will only make oil and coal billionaires richer while their workers die in mining and drilling disasters as we've seen this year. Our goals of putting millions of Americans to work on energy efficiency and clean energy production and removing pollutants from the air that give thousands of children asthma and other diseases annually are hardly designed to "make the rich richer."
