i just saw your comment on 3ds channel. You should make a video about it and they'd probably fix it in future updates, making the system more stable.

yes the 3ds's Battery length is smaller every time you charge it. It will be about half i think after the 500th time. i read that in the manual. But i plan on buying a nyoko battery thing when my 3ds is rendered very useless with the charge limit.
