This bench is built to IPF competition specifications. Train on a bench built to last. Light and easy to move around. The top corners are cut out to allow for Dumbell Rolling Extensions to be performed without the bells hitting the top corners of the bench. The padding is hard to compress, i.e. it will not become spongy and soft over time. (less info)
