Our mission at 1-On-1 Boxing is to put an end to gun violence and other senseless acts of violence through the art of boxing. We will offer boxing training, mediation and counseling for those who need it. We will extinguish the "gun mentality" that is poisoning the minds of todays youth.

Boxing training (sparring, punching bag, speed bag, heavy bag, jab combinations etc.)
Mediation (teaching our members "cognitive thinking" skills, rationalization skill, self esteem and most importantly instilling the 3 Ds of boxing, which are DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE and DETERMINATION which is hindsight will teach them how to WIN and LOSE gracefully.) and the biggest problem with todays youth is that they are scared to lose
