I see that you were trying to slow him down, but you never used full half-halts, just constantly pulled, which he in turn opened his mouth and went faster. you shouldve halted him ass soon as he picked up to an uncomfortable speed with a one-rein/pully...

The only fail i saw was that your reins were too long, causing your horse/pony to be on his forhand, in turn causing him to chip in to make it over the fence. try collecting before you go to a fence next time

@ilovechase77 This was no judgement on hw you can ride. If you think dressage is boring, than I would never have you train any of my horses, as dressage is the foundation for all horse sports.

you guys should really get your positions better before you jump this high. It was kinda scary to watch, as you were never really balanced over the fences

Thats what happens when you jump stuff that was never designed to be jumped by a 1000lbs animal... Thats what standards and poles were made for.

@horselover1210 Not at all, as long as they look the part! Some will have more draft/stock horse influence, wil some (Like my BLM Spanish Mustang mare) will have more athletic influence, such as riding ponies, arabs, and tb's. Hope this helped! And just for the record, eveyone doesn't believe me ...
