So different when they made this movie. Kids had big dreams then, good dreams. What do we have now? Music that glorifies stupidity, violence and ignorance. All kids aren't like that, of course, that wouldn't be fair, but popular culture sure seems to have gone that way.

what do you think? Who just walks into strange people's houses? That's one thing I never understood about horror movies, much as I like them. You just don't walk into a strange house. it's bad manners (as well as potentially fatal)

@khalilahinjapan There's a lot of arrogance here. The kids got "attitude" the ghetto name for bad manners. I'm a bit older, we never would've gotten away with the things they do now when I was in school.

@Oreztar I've had pet rats. They're great. I've also had a few I've fed to my snakes.

Rats are small, good for little places, very smart, and domestic rats are quite clean.

I finally found the series on DVDs. They scared me when I was young. They'd come on the late movie on Saturday nites. I loved Darren Mcgavin as Kolchak.

There was so much talent in the munsters. DeCarlo, as well as Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis. That's probably why it's still remembered even though it only ran two years.

The Santa thing is overdone, it takes away from the birth of Jesus Christ, and sometimes fosters a spirit of greed. The movie's nice, though. Believing is seeing is something I agree with completely. Tim Allen is great.
