hunting balances the deer population. it supposed to maintain a healthy number of deer.
game laws limit the amount of deer to be harvested in a year. this balances the herds allowing for enough room and food to go around so deer are not over populating which leads to starvation and diseases.

yes antler abnormality can come from a skull fracture but it if you notice from the video that is not what the deer has. when a deers skull has a fracture it's whole face swells up. this deer likely had damage to his pedicle which can be caused from a number of things like a broken antler sometim...
