PERSONAL BACKGROUND:
I was raised as a Southern Baptist and at the age of 7, made my profession of faith in Jesus Christ as my Savior, at a Billy Graham Crusade. My father was an ordained Baptist minister. My maternal grandfather was the Baptist Evangelist, Mordecai Ham, who is credited with Billy Graham's conversion. My paternal great grandfather, Dr. John Richard Sampey, served as the President of the Southern Baptist Convention for 3 terms, was President of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for 13 years, as well as a professor of Old Testament Interpretation for over 67 years.

However, I was truly blessed at the age of 26 to discover the fullness of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and was baptized as a member of the Lord's true and living Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

I know that Jesus Christ is my personal Savior and that He is the Redeemer of all mankind. I testify that He lives and that He loves each of us. We are all sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father, who provided the means for our salvation by allowing His Son to sacrifice His life for us through the atonement.

I wish to share my testimony of Jesus Christ to any and all who read this posting and view those videos that I have indicated as my favorites.
