yep..it is pettah not the more orderly subarbs...Kandy & Galle were caotic as well..however clean with ALL citizens going about there daily business..that's what makes it interesting..I never saw a accident or a pedestrian being hit in 3 weeks in july / august 2011...ALTHOUGH ALL VEHICLES MUST HA...
