Hey - I remember this one well......the flipside of Shambala.

The inside story: Three Dog Night mainly recorded and performed songs written by other people. This was their tongue-in-cheek attempt at songwriting.

Of course, they did write some great rock tunes like 'Jam' and 'Fire Eater'.

Great Song!! This whole album (Naturally - Dunhill 1970) was one of their best. It's too bad that most people just bought it for "Joy To The World" and only played that track.

Yet another great song from the 'More Golden Grass' LP.....one of my all-time favorites.

This album (More Golden Grass) is one of my all-time favorites. Songs like 'Keeping Me Down' showcase the band's true talent as rock musicians.

Groovy! I bought this record (Up To Date) in '72. One of my favorites.

In 1975, AM Pop radio was still going strong, and the Bee Gees were still doing well on the top 40 charts, and would have their biggest sucess 2 years later with the Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack. Unfortunately, when all the disco copycats jumped on the bandwagon, top 40 radio became unlistenab...

"Day After Day" was released in 1972. Joe Jackson's "Breaking Us In Two" came out in the early 1980's - roughly ten years later. I always thought that Jackson ripped off the melody.
