Ok, I see the sign that you are referring to. It is the "Hang 10" sign that surfers use. It is also called the Shaka sign and evidently, originated in Hawaii. There it was the sign for friendship and understanding. Who would of thought that these kids are into surfing. Groovy.

What a jaded view you have, how unfortunate. Inspiration, joy, fun, these are things needed by all of us, even professionals.
