This was recorded during the Let it Be Sessions. I have a bootleg video showing them attempting to get the harmonies down and with Yoko sitting around looking bored as usual. Wish they would have worked on it some more; it is a great song.

Too bad the threatles didn't use this one as well on the Anthology albums. As much as I like Free as a bird and Real Love, this may be the best of what JWL left us.
