I bought my yorkie some booties so he won't get frostbite in the snow... but he HATES them!

Weight: 180 (-2 lbs. ) (home scale says 178 but I'm adding 2 lbs. to make it accurate to gym scale)

Use low-fat cottage cheese with some ranch dressing packet mix. :)

Keep a food log and set goals out, week by week, month to month. :)
