I have been a "huge" Elvis fan since I was a little girl. I have well over 500 songs, (almost all) and then some along with many collectables. Elvis was an amazing person, a simple man full of passion who had a "God given" talent along with his charming personality, funny sense of humor and contagious laughter. Elvis touched the hearts of many around the world with his extrordinary voice and presence. As Elvis quoted in his 1970 acceptance speech for "Ten Outstanding Men of he Nation Award" ...When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was the hero of the comic book. I saw movies, and I was the hero in the movie. So every dream I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times...I learned very early in life that: Without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man aint got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend - without a song.' So I keep singing a song.
