I re-built my 1971 T120 this year from a full tear down that I did 13 yrs ago and then boxed..The gearbox is the "leaf spring " version so I had a few weeks riding round with 3 gears ( lots of fun) until I stripped it down again after researched the blogs to find out the varios cam plate position...

Brilliant..I couldn't of rebuilt my 1971 T120 earlier this year without your help lunmad!! It started second kick and is still ok apart from running a bit rich. Lookin forward to these new vids. CHEERS!!!

Cheers Lumnad, but I mean the one on the end of my crank on the primary side. It shows it in the manual between the bearing on the crank and the front sprocket.

You must of been doing your gearbox when I was doing mine...I was propa confused with the leaf spring positions for the camplate and would of loved this video then as yours is the same year as mine. Got it sorted in the end though and it's great to watch yours even after I did it..
