I know this may be off topic ...but ..have you tried the Dime distortion pedal ? ..It doesn't sound mushy or buzzy , just insane amount of sharp,cut-thru distortion. P.S. Awesome shredding like always :)

well, trademarked or not, i don't think you'll get in trouble for simply using the technique in your songs . Only two ways you could get it trouble would be if you go on saying that you came up with it ..or if you copy song riffs note by note and say that you came up with em'.

After watching this video a few times I think the D'Addario strings have a more defined sound and a little more kick... yet the Ernie Ball strings are a little bit louder....but that's just my opinion.

If you start playing it by yourself you'll get the hang of it ...it's quite catchy actually... and I usually don't even like these kind of games :P
