1 In A MiL1ion, or MiL1i for short,
is an up and coming Recording Artist/Writer/Producer/Entertainer from Grand Rapids, Michigan. But as of recently, MiL1i is residing in East Lansing, Michigan where he is attending Michigan State University.

As a child, 1 In A MiL1ion loved music & grew up listening to everything from Hip-Hop to R&B, to Soul, to Jazz, and so forth. When asked who has been influential to him when it comes to music, the answers are Tupac & Biggie. When asked about more modern influences, the answers come out to be Tyga, Big Sean, & Kanye West. The name 1 In A MiL1ion has a much deeper meaning than the typical cocky meaning that many like to assume. At the age of 2, MiL1i was diagnosed with E-Coli and held in the hospital for two weeks. He was the first serious case of E-Coli that had been seen in Southwest Michigan. The E-Coli began to take over & shut down his body, starting with his kidneys. His mother, Rachel, was told by the doctors that she should begin making funeral plans because her son was not going to make it out of this alive. Two weeks of misery and doubt passed, and then things finally began to look up. After treatment and close watch, 1 In A MiL1ion began to slowly regain stable health. Funeral plans were not needed, and that 2 year old boy had a 1 In A MiL1ion chance at life again.

Years later when he was 13, that same boy found a standard computer mic at home, and an instrumental from a site on the internet, and this is where he found his passion for recording music.
And through the years he upgraded his equipment. Also, he suffered a lot of criticism, but also had some support from friends, family, and fans. All three helped him get to where he his today.

Now he's known for his hot music, creative metaphors, and versatility when it comes to changing up the style. 1 In A MiL1ion has it all. In the game since 2005, and he's taught himself to produce beats, and also mix his own music, as well as promote himself in a professional manner. He writes all of his own lyrics. Told that he has that "X-Factor" that seperates him from the rest of the competition, 1 In A MiL1ion is definitely going places in the near future.
