About Me:
I am a vegetarian but if you place a chunk of meat or poultry in front of me, I am not going to run away squealing; instead I will prepare a nice dish for you. I do all of my cooking at home, however, they are usually elaborate dishes. I have never had any formal training in the culinary arts- I learn from the internet, books, family and friends.
I hope Youtube will be a gateway for me to post videos of my cooking because I have always took food photos in the past.
Also, if you got beef with me for some reason, I am going to turn that into Pho (if you don't know what that is, search it up) and we can try to be friends instead. I'm not looking for someone to rival against, just friendly people who would like to learn and also share their cooking abilities and tips.
P.S. I throw in poetry here and there.
