@SleepySasuke If the character was present in either Storm 1 or 2 without any major changes with their combos, appearance, or jutsu between Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, then it would be redundant to have more than one character. That's why there's Kabutomaru, but no UNS1 Kabuto.
