Mate im an apprentice chef and it's always great to learn from people like yourself.. i had to fillet a snapper a bit bigger then that and it took a while.. now i know how to fillet it cleanly not missing any party of the flesh and those bones in the middle. Appreciate the video.. David from Sydn...
