@b1naryd1g1t5 Last year Slash released a solo record with various guest vocalists. This is his touring band with Miles Kennedy (frontman for Alter Bridge)doing the singing, Myles also appears twice on the album. IMO Slash's was one of the best rock albums of 2010.

This is great to begin with but, having Lemmy as the driver just puts it over the top awesome!!!

Can't wait for full studio versions of Bridges Burning and Miss the Misery instead of the 30sec clips.

Season 5 was not that bad, it was just kind of.....uneventful. After season 4 they had a lot to live up to but they chose to just tie up everything in neat little bow. Thats what I love about CBC. They give the viewers a feel of what it's like to be there. This was great to watch, no commentators talking at all. I watched this on a big screen with surround sound and it was awesome. NBC and other American networks should take notes.

It takes balls to attempt a cover of anything Halford does. Nice job by these guys.....very listenable. This could have been much much worse.

@maidenharhama Sam Dunn also did Global Metal and earlier this year he put out a Rush doc called Rush:Beyond The Lighted Stage. Both are well worth checking out. Anything Sam Dunn does is worth watching.

@PAGardiner5 You are correct. Dave, the singer, grew up a drummer. He was the drummer for Nirvana and only picked up a mic when he formed Foo Fighters.

btw.....look up a band called Them Crooked Vultures, Dave is back on drums and John Paul Jones is the bassist.

This is about 2 things....FUN and RESPECT. Its about a band (Foo Fighters) showing respect to a band they are greatly influenced by..........and they're having fun jamming with their friends in the process.

btw......Taylor appeared to be having the most fun :)
