Given I'm a WRX owner (not an STI) I'm looking to squeeze every bit of HP I can get. So I opted for the EL. The sound is still awesome. It's even quieter than the stock manifold. It needs to be re-tuned now because apparently you lose 2-3 psi after an EL instal. Does this sound right?
